How does pricing work?

Subscribe to a plan and get credits every cycle: Monthly is $5/mo for 1,000 credits, Annual is $54/yr for 12,000 credits granted up front. Every API call debits credits based on the mode you ran — a quick check is 130 credits fresh (5 when cached), live UI surfaces run 15 to 165 credits. Need more? Paid plans can buy top-up packs any time.

What are top-up packs?

Extra credits on demand, in packs of 1k, 5k, 10k, 25k, 50k, or 100k. Monthly plans pay $4.00 per 1k credits; annual plans pay $3.00 per 1k. Top-ups require an active paid plan.

Do I pay LLM pass-through costs on top of the credit price?

No. Everything is bundled into the credit price. The credits on the pricing table are all you pay — no surprise OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google invoice hitting your card on the 1st of the month.

Why do repeat queries cost less?

If the same prompt was checked recently, we can serve the answer for just 5 credits instead of re-running the full fan-out. Use mode:quick for cost-efficient monitoring; the live modes always fetch fresh, ground-truth results.

Question 6

Is my data used for training?

Accepted Answer

No. Prompts and responses are never used to train models, and we never share data with third parties beyond the LLM provider you are querying. We log enough to debit and bill — nothing more — and our retention policy is linked from the DPA.

What happens if a provider goes down?

Accepted Answer

We return a partial response with the providers that did succeed plus an errors array describing each failure. If every provider fails, the call is free — you only pay credits for successful fan-outs (proportional refund applied automatically).

How do I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Any time, from the billing portal in your dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, and credits already granted stay usable until then. Switching between monthly and annual also happens in the portal.

When will deep mode and change-track ship?

Both are on the Q3 2026 roadmap. Both currently return 501 with a typed roadmap error so your code can branch deterministically. In the meantime, schedule mode:quick yourself or use POST /v1/watch with mode:quick.
